Fill out your onboarding form
This gives me everything I need to know about your training history, goals, injuries, and what you want help with.

Message me
Confirm you’re in on WhatsApp and send over your lift videos
Once you’ve filled out the form, send me a message on WhatsApp to let me know you’re in. You can also send your lift videos there. If you don’t have them yet, that’s fine — send them when you can.

Join the private Facebook group
Get into the group for coaching tips, updates, wins, support, and the occasional bit of nonsense.

App access
I’ll send your app invite
I’ll manually send you an invite to MyStrengthBook by email so you can get inside the app, look around, and get used to how everything works.
This is where your programme, progress tracking, and everything else will live moving forward.

Then I get to work
I’ll review everything and build your first plan
Once I’ve looked through your form and lift videos, I’ll identify what’s holding you back and build your first training phase around what you need.

What happens after this?

Once you’ve completed the steps above, I’ll review your form, study your lift videos, send your MyStrengthBook invite, and build your first programme.

You’ll get everything set up within 48–72 hours.
